Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: 27 April 2026

Classes & sessions

  • Cancelled 48+ hours before class: full refund or free reschedule (your choice).
  • Cancelled less than 48 hours before: non-refundable, but you can send a friend in your place.
  • If we cancel: 100% refund processed within 5 working days, or a free reschedule.
  • Monthly blocks: if you cancel mid-month, unused classes are refunded pro-rata at the single-class rate.

Sip & Paint events

Sip & Paint tickets purchased through Eventbrite follow Eventbrite’s refund policy (typically refundable 7+ days before the event). Private group bookings made directly with us are refundable up to 7 days before the event.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are transferable — pass them to a friend or family member.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Unused gift card balance can be applied to any class, gift card, or Sip & Paint event during the validity period.

Physical products

If we sell physical items in future (art prints, supplies, finished commissioned pieces), the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply: you have 14 days from receipt to request a refund for any reason (excluding bespoke/personalised items). Items must be returned in original condition at your cost.

How to request a refund

Email hello@godeviarts.com with your booking ID or order number. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5 working days; your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to show it.

Disputes

If you’re unhappy with a class or service, contact us first — we’ll always try to make it right. If we can’t reach an agreement, you may raise a dispute with your card issuer.
