  • Booking data: name, email, phone, class booked, payment confirmation
  • Enquiry data: name, email, message content from contact forms
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never store your card details
  • Site usage: anonymous analytics (page views, device type)
  • Cookies: functional cookies for cart and login; analytics cookies only with your consent

3. How we use your data

  • Confirm and deliver bookings, classes, and gift cards
  • Process payments via Stripe (their privacy policy applies to card data)
  • Send service-related emails (booking confirmations, class reminders, refunds)
  • Reply to enquiries
  • Improve our website and services

We never sell your data. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Who we share data with

  • Stripe — card payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
  • HostGo — website hosting
  • Google — only if you sign in with Google or use embedded Maps
  • HMRC and other regulators where legally required

5. How long we keep your data

Booking and financial records: 6 years (UK tax requirement). Marketing consents: until you withdraw. Enquiry messages: 12 months unless converted to a booking.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to legal retention), restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@godeviarts.com. We respond within 30 days.
