1. Who we are

Devi Arts is a sole trader, owned by Ratnadevi Gogula, operating from 5 Garden Boulevard, Maidenhead SL6 1QW. By booking a class or buying a product on this site you accept these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

  • Class fees are payable at the time of booking via Stripe (debit/credit card).
  • Monthly blocks (£85) are billed up front and cover 4 classes within that month.
  • Single classes (£18.75 online, £40 1-to-1) are billed per class.
  • Sip & Paint event tickets are non-transferable except where the venue/event organiser allows it.
  • All prices are in GBP (£). VAT is not currently charged (we are below the VAT registration threshold).

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • 48+ hours before class: reschedule to a future class within 60 days at no extra cost.
  • Less than 48 hours: the class fee is non-refundable, but you may send another person in your place.
  • No-show: the class is forfeited.
  • If we cancel: you receive a full refund or free reschedule, your choice.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: classes cancelled 48+ hours in advance can be refunded; gift cards are non-refundable but transferable; physical merchandise (if any) follows the standard 14-day UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

5. Conduct in classes

We expect respectful behaviour from all students. Children under 13 must be accompanied or registered by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that disrupts other students or compromises safety. Materials provided are for use during the session — please don’t take them home.

6. Photography & finished work

You take home the artwork you create in class. We may photograph in-progress and finished pieces for marketing (Instagram, Facebook, this website). Tell us before the class if you’d prefer not to be photographed or have your work shown.

7. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Studio safety: solvents and resin used in some classes — we provide PPE and ventilation. Tell us about allergies (e.g. latex, certain pigments, resin) before booking. Devi Arts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from class content or scheduling changes.

8. Intellectual property

Class teaching materials, technique guides, and curriculum content are © Devi Arts. You’re welcome to make and keep finished pieces but please don’t redistribute teaching materials.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
